Services
ACE RAID Recovery provides professional data recovery services for storage media, including RAID arrays, NAS devices, servers, and virtual machines. All work is performed under a written work order or service agreement.
Evaluation and quotes
- Evaluation of your media is free.
- Quotes are fixed after evaluation and must be approved by you before recovery work begins.
- “No data, no fee”: if we are unable to recover any data from your media, you are not charged for the recovery service. This guarantee does not cover optional services, parts, or shipping.
Your responsibilities
- You represent that you own the media or have the authority to authorize recovery.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information about your case and for complying with applicable laws regarding the data.
- You agree not to attempt recovery or modification of the media after submitting it, unless instructed by us.
Limitation of liability
Data recovery is a technical service performed on potentially failing media. While we use professional methods and tools, we cannot guarantee that any specific data will be recoverable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Confidentiality
We treat your data as confidential and will not access it beyond what is necessary to perform the recovery, except as required by law. NDAs are available on request.
Shipping
You are responsible for shipping media to us. We recommend insured, trackable shipping. Shipping costs are not included in service quotes unless stated otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
